How to Order

Purchasing photos and photo gifts is fast, easy and fun. After you have located the photo you wish to order and have clicked on the thumbnail to see a larger view, you can click on any of the links in the store area to the right of the photo to place that product in your cart. If you wish to order more than one photo or product, you can use your browser's Back button to return to the product page or event page and start again (the item you have ordered will remain in your cart). While viewing your cart you can also delete items or change quantities by following the instructions given.

Once you have put all the items you wish to order in your cart, you can place your order by Internet, fax, regular mail or phone. First click on the Check Out button. Then simply follow the instructions below.

Internet Ordering
Follow the instructions on your screen and fill out all the necessary information. When you are finished, click on Submit Secure Order. You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. We do recommend that you print out a copy of your order prior to submitting it. Note that our web site is secured for e-commerce transactions.

Fax Ordering
To order by fax, simply fill out the required information but DO NOT click on Submit Secure Order. Instead, print out a copy of your order and fax it to 414-224-9426. Please be sure to include your credit card information.

Regular Mail Ordering
To order by regular mail, follow the same instructions as for fax ordering, making sure not to click on Submit Secure Order. Mail your printed order form to:

To place an order with one of our trained telephone operators, simply call 414-291-9339.

Delivery
Photos and photo gifts are sent within two to three weeks via U.S. mail.

Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept checks and money orders made payable to PHOTO-fest.com. Please DO NOT send cash.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling fees are added to your final purchase according to the following schedule. The fee is determined by the total sale. The schedule is as follows:
   Up to $19.99 -- $5.95
   $20.00 to $49.99 -- $7.50
   $50.00 to $99.99 -- $9.25
   $100.00 and Over -- $12.95

Rush Orders
If deadlines are involved, we recommend you call us at 414-291-9339 and we will expedite your order so that it is received by your designated date.

Substitutions
We do not make substitutions for out-of-stock items unless we telephone you first and have your approval.

International Shipments
Additional charges may be required for international orders. Charges will be calculated and added to your order at the time of shipping based on the shipping weight and destination country.
