In addition, you will receive a confirmation of your order by return e-mail. Shipping and Handling Shipping and handling fees are added to your final purchase according to the following schedule. The fee is determined by the total sale. The schedule is as follows:
Up to $19.99: $7.50
$20.00 to $49.99: $9.00
$50.00 to $99.99: $11.00
$100.00 and Over: $13.00
Delivery Gifts are sent within 2 to 3 weeks via US Priority Mail.

Substitutions We do not make substitutions for out-of-stock items unless we telephone you first.
