Internet Ordering
Our website is secured for e-commerce transactions. We do recommend that you use your print function to make a copy prior to submitting your order. In addition, you will receive a confirmation of your order by return e-mail. While visiting our website, you also have the option of printing a copy of your order and mailing or faxing it to Shamrock Club of Wisconsin Gift Center. (In this case you would not submit the order form via the website.)

Using your printed order copy, fax your order to 262-796-9581. Please be sure to include your credit card information.

Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept checks and money orders made payable to "Shamrock Club of Wisconsin Gift Center". Please DO NOT send cash.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling fees are added to your final purchase according to the following schedule. The fee is determined by the total sale. The schedule is as follows:
   Up to $19.99:  $7.95
   $20.00 to $49.99:  $9.00
   $50.00 to $99.99:  $11.00
   $100.00 and Over:  $13.95

Delivery
Gifts are sent within 4 to 6 weeks via US Priority Mail.

Last Minute Orders
If deadlines are involved we recommend you call us at 414-617-2274 and we will expedite your order so that it is received by your designated date.

Substitutions
We do not make substitutions for out-of-stock items unless we telephone you first and have your approval.

International Shipments
Additional charges may be required for international orders. Charges will be calculated and added to your order based on the shipping weight and destination country at the time of shipping.

Credit Card Purchases
We utilize the Wisconsin Order Center for processing credit card orders. If you are ordering with a credit card, your statement will say "WI-Order Center" along with the amount charged to your account. The phone number listed is for Marketing\Web Designs, which manages the Wisconsin Order Center.
